RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We ask that you report damages upon receiving a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.  Our products are all packed with great care and once they ship we have no control over how they are handled.  We need pictures of the damaged product attached to the message as we have to submit a USPS claim.

LOST PACKAGES

We ship each package with a tracking number.  Once an order has shipped you will receive a tracking number.  We are not responsible for postal error or theft.  If you have not received your package and it’s marked delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number.
